JENNIFER HAMPSON


Managing Director

Jennifer Hampson is a highly respected coach, consultant and trainer with 20 years experience in business. She has delivered management development and leadership programmes worldwide and has worked extensively in South America, South Africa, and Europe. Her work has given her access to people at all levels in all sizes of organisations and in all sectors. This has created a wealth of knowledge and experience which she draws on extensively in her coaching capacity and uses for the benefit of her clients.

Jennifer is adept at getting to grips with an organisation's uniqueness and her strength lies in working in partnership with her clients to create measurable and sustainable improvements. She is committed to helping clients create a coaching culture and does this is a practical, motivating yet challenging way through sound advice, a renowned programme of coaching workshops, and a long-term supportive relationship.

Qualifications: Jennifer is a qualified Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Coaching (Distinction) from The Coaching Academy. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting, and graduated with a BA Joint Honours Degree in Spanish and French from Queen's University Belfast.


SHARON NICHOLL


Associate

Sharon Nicholl is an experienced business coach and expert trainer in coaching skills for line managers. A natural communicator, her polished presentational abilities were honed during her varied career in the Ministry of Defence. In each role Sharon undertakes, she manifests a thirst for new challenges and better ways of working. She is a highly motivating coach and aims to bring out the best in all her clients and, in doing so, help create tangible results for the organisation.

Qualifications: Sharon is equally committed to furthering her own development and her qualifications include a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching (Distinction) from The Coaching Academy, a Certificate in Performance Coaching, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and a Dip.RSA in Business Administration. She is an Associate of the Institute of Qualified Personal Secretaries and Lecturers. She is also actively engaged in the community, providing coaching services to a number of schools and charities for the homeless in Bath.






CHRISTINE STEPHENSON

Christine Stephenson is an experienced Executive & Corporate Coach, conference speaker, management consultant and trainer with over 20 years private and public sector experience. Christine has worked as a consultant for the last 14 years and her area of strength and expertise is working with individuals, teams and organisations to create a performance culture. Using a range of coaching techniques including personality profiling, she also provides one-to-one and group coaching and training in specific areas such as leadership, managing change, creating high performing teams, managing conflict, advanced communication skills, managing people, personal projection and impact, public speaking, time management and career change.

Qualifications: Christine is a qualified Executive & Corporate Coach accredited to The Coaching Academy and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds a range of professional qualifications including the Diploma in Personnel and Development, the Diploma in Management Studies, and NVQs in Business Planning and Assessment. She is a highly experienced occupational personality profiler, and is qualified and licensed to levels A & B in Occupational Personality Profiling and Ability Testing and is trained in NLP techniques.


MARIAM SHA


Associate (South Africa)

Mariam Sha has been in the field of Human Capital Development for more than ten years. She believes in the power of the individual and teams and in developing people to achieve business objectives. Her passion and strength is in developing, growing and empowering people to be their best.

Mariam has worked with international best practice standards and has assessed and advised more than 100 organisations. Qualifications and experience in Finance, Media, Governance and People Development has provided her with a holistic view on business and people management. Her Master's Degree thesis on factors that motivate people has given her deeper insight into people recognition and its role in improved productivity and customer service.

Qualifications: Mariam is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Business Managers, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and an Investors in People registered Advisor, Assessor and Quality Manager. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and a Diploma in Corporate Governance and Strategic Planning. She is a qualified NLP Practitioner and experienced business coach and trainer.
